What to expect when placing an order

When you place an order online at Skiguard.com, our team will review the details and follow up with you by email, or by phone, to confirm the information required for the best fit. Because every Skiguard roof box is matched to the customer’s vehicle and roof setup, we may ask you to verify your car make, model, model year, paint selection or color details, and crossbar or roof rack information before we move the order forward.

Once the order details are confirmed, our typical turnaround time is approximately two weeks from receipt of order. After completion, shipping times will vary depending on the final destination, but most deliveries take about 4–8 business days in transit. We’ll keep you informed along the way and contact you if any additional information is needed to complete your order accurately.

If it turns out that the product ordered will not fit your car, we will help you find a suitable solution. If we cannot find a satisfying solution, we will help you cancel the order and refund you the amount charged. Note that this is only possible BEFORE any work has started on the order.
